Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Ford Fiesta R5) is well established in the lead at the Jännerrallye (Austria) since he has almost four minutes ahead of Robert Consani (Peugeot 207 S2000) at the end of the first stage. Jaromir Tarabus (Skoda Fabia S2000) still completes the provisional podium ahead of Alexey Lukyanuk (Fiesta R5) and Martin Fischeriehner (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX) who is still ahead of Stéphane Lefebvre (Citroën DS3 R5) and Jean-Michel Raoux (Fiesta R5).
