Verstappen takes 6th place ahead of Alonso, Pérez, Kvyat and Magnussen. Ocon took 18th and last place.
Rosberg signs his 8th victory of the season, the 22nd of his career. The German regains the lead of the Championship with six races remaining in the season.
Rosberg wins with a 4 tenths lead over Ricciardo! Hamilton completes the podium ahead of Räikkönen and Vettel.
Rosberg and Ricciardo started the final lap of the race.
T60 – Ricciardo now has Rosberg in line but the German still maintains a lead of more than 2 seconds. The race leader could be hampered in the last lap by latecomers.
Only 2 more laps to cover and Rosberg maintains a lead of 3″5 over Ricciardo.
T59 – Ricciardo is 4s behind Rosberg who managed to improve his part time.
T59 – Rosberg has only 3 laps to cover and is 4” ahead of Ricciardo on soft tires that have lived for 6 loops.
T58 – The gap seems to be stabilizing between Rosberg and Ricciardo even if the race leader remains under pressure with less than 4 laps to go.
With 5 laps to go, Ricciardo got back to 5s behind Rosberg.
T56 – Magnussen managed to get back into the top ten. Renault has the points in its sights for the first time in several months.
T56 – Räikkönen resumes his attack, coming back to just over a second behind Hamilton in the hope of regaining 3rd place.
T55 – Ricciardo came back to 8s behind Rosberg. The race leader is slowed down by traffic.
T54 – Verstappen overtakes Alonso and moves up to 6th place. Vettel now seems too far away for the Dutchman.
T54 – Rosberg asks his team how their brakes are. The German now only has an 11s lead over Ricciardo.
T54 – Verstappen attacks Alonso to gain 6th place. The Red Bull driver has tires in better condition than the Spaniard.
T53 – Pérez sees Kvyat come back to less than a second from 8th place. The Force India driver runs on worn tires.
T53 – Räikkönen fails to get back on Hamilton. The Ferrari driver is 2″2 behind the Mercedes. Ricciardo came back to 13″8 behind Rosberg.
If Ricciardo stays at this pace, Red Bull estimates that the Australian will join Rosberg in 4 laps.
With 11 laps to go, Rosberg maintains a 20s lead over Ricciardo. The gap continues to shrink against the leader who remains on his 3rd stint.
