Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) signs a new scratch in the 17,91km of Dyfnant with a time of 10'15''5 where he takes more than six seconds from Ott Tänak (M-Sport) while Sébastien Ogier (M- Sport) lets go for around ten seconds.
