The first round of the Esports WTCR, organized last night on the Hungaroring circuit via the RaceRoom simulation, smiled on two Hungarian drivers: Gergo Baldi and Zoltan Csuti.

The first dominated the inaugural race on the Hyundai i30 N TCR, ahead of the driver by a little more than two tenths on the line Williams Esports Moritz Löhner (Cupra TCR). Winner of the 2019 final, Kuba Brzezinski, another resident of Williams Esports, took 3rd place with his Lynk&Co 03 TCR ahead of Bence Bánki (Red Bull Racing Esports), aligned with a Honda Civic TCR.

You have to look in 18th position to find trace of the first real driver, Mato Homola (Hyundai i30 N TCR).

Csuti for his part pocketed race 2 by dominating Alexander Dornieden (FA Racing Esports – Lynk&Co 03 TCR. Yann Ehrlacher (Lynk&Co 03 TCR) ranked the best of the real drivers in 17th position.
