Winner at Mont-Dore 15 days ago, Ronald Garcès intended to take advantage of this new wind to maintain all its chances of the title. If David Meillon was the fastest during the first two test climbs of the day, it was the Lamborghini of the reigning French Champion which dominated the Italian duo at the end of the tests.

Victim of a mechanical problem at the end of the day on his BMW M3 E92, he was unable to participate in the last climb of the race and still has to carry out repairs to ensure he is present this Sunday. With the title in his sights, it certainly wasn't the best time to be unlucky...
