PRODUCTION CATEGORY

Thus, Garcès became French Mountain Champion by winning the Production category ahead of Werver, and Philippe Schmitter (Renault RS01). Anthony Dubois (Alpine A110 GT4) was the victim, among other things, of a big off-track accident in the morning and had to retire there.

SPORTS CATEGORY

In open cars also, a man could take the crown this weekend at Turckheim – Trois-Epis and this is what he managed to do by once again beating the track record that he had already beaten the day before. Geoffrey Schatz (Nova NP01 Turbo) is now a three-time French Mountain Champion in the Sport category.

The fight was crazy behind and it was finally Fabien Bourgeon (Revolt 3P0) who took 2nd place overall at the expense of Billy Ritchen (Nova NP01 V8), the Alsatian driver having not done poorly at home.

The competitors in the Sport and Production categories will meet for the last round of the 2021 season next weekend in the Rhône, for the Course de Côte de Limonest – Mont Verdun.
