The 4H. of Monza were lively from start to finish, with several neutralizations and penalties. The identity of the victorious team was uncertain until the last quarter of an hour of the event. During the pit stops, it was the Mühlner Motorsport car of Matthias Kaiser, Thomas Laurent and Ugo de Wilde which emerged in the lead, but it also had to return to the pit lane.

11 minutes from the goal, it was Paul-Loup Chatin who recovered the header to IDEC Sports, despite a 20-second penalty paid in the pits. The French team won for the first time since the 4 Hours of Portimão 2019 after four hours smoothly led by the French trio formed by Chatin, Paul Lafargue and Patrick Pilet. The French teams shone with second place for Panis Racing of Julien Canal, Job van Uitert and Nico Jamin. Prema recovered the podium in the final laps with Louis Delétraz.

Dominant throughout these 4 hours. from Monza, the Ligier JS P320 – Nissan n°13 of Inter Europol Competition won the LM P3 category with Nico Pino, Charles Crews and Guilherme Oliveira. The French manufacturer signed a hat-trick with the No. 6 of 360 Racing (Terence Woodward, Ross Kaiser, Mark Richards) and the No. 11 of Eurointernational (Max Koebolt, Jérome de Sadeleer).
