6H Imola: Rebellion returns to the charge

Andrea Belicchi et Jean-Christophe Boullion ont placé la Lola B10/60 Coupé Toyota n°13 du Rebellion Racing sur la plus haute marche des protos essence. L?écurie helvétique fait coup double avec la n°12 pilotée par Nicolas Cheers and Neel Jani who finished just behind, taking over the #16 Pescarolo of E. Collard / C. Tinseau / J. Jousse.

Bart Hayden, the Rebellion team manager, is delighted to see his cars at the forefront again. “I'm very proud of the drivers, they did a fantastic job this weekend. The cars were once again well prepared and were very consistent. We are well positioned to win the LMS Championship as we share the lead in the standings (with Pescarolo). »

The victory in the LMS Championship also delights Alexandre Pesci, the director of the Swiss team. “This weekend’s result confirms that our performances at the 24 hours of Le Mans cannot be explained by the bad luck of our competitors. I'm happy to see this team progress. I am confident in our chances of success for the next races. »
