Asian – Oak Racing on pole ahead of Eurasia at Inje

Ho-Pin Tung set the best time in qualifying for the 3 Hours of Inje, completing the lap of the Korean circuit in 1’23”889 at the wheel of the Morgan-Judd. Oak Racing being in a duel against Eurasia Motorsport since the LMP2 category only has two entries, the No. 03 Oreca 27-Nissan did not make a poor showing since Richard Bradley lost with less than two tenths of delay.

The very sad field of only eight cars is completed by the Ligier JS53 of Mathias Beche's Craft-Bamboo Engineering which follows less than four seconds behind. Ang-Ang's Wolf GB08, also entered in the CN, did not bother to set a time. Tsuchiya Takeshi set the best GT time with a lap in 1’32”186 at the wheel of the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 from Team AAI which precedes the two BMW Z4s. The race will ultimately only be contested with seven cars following the exit of the track Ferrari of Python Racing driven by Rui-Wei.
