“I am excited about the new future of Norma, part of the Duqueine Mobility group, comments Norbert Santos, the director of Norma. This new structure will ensure the sustainability of Norma and the spirit that has always inhabited us. Our current team will be reinforced with new skills, allowing us to provide better service and optimized support to our customers. I find in Gilles Duqueine values that are dear to me and this passion for motorsport which has always guided me. I will be happy to continue to support him in this new challenge which promises to be exciting. »

The Duqueine Engineering team also got closer to Norma by participating in theELMS with an M30 with which she took eighth place in the category, including a second place at the 4 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium). These are qualities that I was able to appreciate as a team boss and which counted a lot in our choice. We will have to bring a real industrial dimension in order to promote Norma Automotive in Europe and internationally. Between the Duqueine Engineering racing operations team, our Embedded Vehicle Engineering structure, our Training Center located at the foot of the Pôle Mécanique d'Alès circuit, our Hitech Simulator and now the Construction of Racing Vehicles, we can now offer a global service to all of our current and future customers. »

I am counting on Yann Belhomme to take on this new challenge into which we are embarking with great ambition and commitment. “humility… We will continue to build cars that win”, concludes Gilles Duqueine.
