ELMS – Beche returns with Thiriet by TDS Racing

Jonathan Hirschi will only have competed in the inaugural round of the 2013 season of theELMS at Silverstone within Thiriet by TDS Racing. The Swiss gives way to his compatriot Mathias Beche as the French team prepares for the second event of the year this weekend in Imola with the French Championship meeting. FFSAGT. Pierre Thiriet will reunite with the teammate with whom he won the title last year, notably winning two victories.

The return of Mathias Beche is carried out in order to “retain the ELMS teams and drivers crown, the team’s objective”, explains the press release. Thiriet by TDS Racing still started its season with a third place even if the Silverstone event had to be shortened due to the deluge which fell on the track. The Genevan will keep his program with Rebellion Racing and will defend the colors of the Swiss team at the 24 Hours of Le Mans contested on June 22 and 23.
