ELMS – Olivier Pla with Idec Sport Racing

Olivier Pla will continue in ELMS next year after being confirmed within Idec Sport Racing. The former champion of Le Mans Series left Krohn Racing with whom he had been competing since last year to join the Parisian structure where he will drive the Ligier JSP217-Gibson with Patrice and Paul Lafargue.

The Frenchman will therefore still have a busy schedule in 2017 since he will also compete in the WEC with the Ford GT. Idec Sport Racing will therefore have to find a replacement for the 24 Hours of Le Mans contested on June 17 and 18. On the other hand, Krohn Racing's plans have still not been defined after the American team entered a Ligier JS P2 in the European Endurance Championship.
