G-Drive by Algarve completes its trio

G-Drive Racing by Algarve Pro Racing will field a trio of Roman Rusinov, Nyck de Vries and Franco Colapinto for the 2021 ELMS campaign and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Regular presenter of theELMS and Le Mans in recent years, G-Drive Racing, supported by Algarve Pro Racing, had dominated the 2021 Asian season Le Mans Series this winter between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The alliance will be renewed for the European Le Mans Series with the Aurus 01, an offshoot of the Oreca 07 LM P2, a car which will be entrusted to a trio that will have to be watched for the first continental places.

Roman Rusinov will return for a new season with Nyck de Vries, as in 2020, with the arrival of Franco Colapinto alongside the two regulars. The ELMS will not be the only objective of the crew, since a presence at the 24 Hours of Le Mans is planned, within an LM P2 peloton which is still strong in Sarthe.
