Racing Team Nederland with Lammers, Barrichello and Dallara

A new team should tackle the events open to the LM P2 category in 2017. Racing Team Nederland plans to enter a Dallara prototype next year and aims to line up at the start of the European Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

As for the drivers, two big names in motorsport will be there with Brazilian Rubens Barrichello (ex-Ferrari, Brawn GP F1), who hopes to debut on the double clock, Jan Lammers, winner in the Sarthe in 1988 with a Jaguar XJR-9LM of Silk Cut Jaguar / Tom Walkinshaw Racing.

The two drivers should be joined by Frits van Eerd. Tests in Magny-Cours (Nièvre) have already taken place on November 8 and 9.
