The ELMS unveils its 2022 calendar

On paper, the next season of European Le Mans Series is already launched. The 2022 calendar was revealed this morning, with 6 rounds on the program and still 4-hour races.

The first official tests will take place at Le Castellet as a preamble to the first round on the Paul Ricard circuit, in April 2022. Two circuits will return to the program next. Imola is scheduled on the calendar for May 15, 2022, 6 years after the last appearance of the championship on this route. After the 24 hours of Le Mans, theELMS will travel to Hungary, to the Hungaroring, a first since 2013. The end of the season will be in Barcelona in August, at Spa-Francorchamps in September, before the final round in Portimao, on October 16, 2022.
