Juan Manuel Correa has still not ridden with it Prema this season. Announced as starter in the Italian team for the 2022 financial yearELMS, the American driver was replaced during the first two rounds of the season by the young Italian Lorenzo Colombo, due to injury. If he is now fit, Correa will still not be in the seat of the No. 07 Oreca 9 this weekend at the 4 Hours of Monza, because he will at the same time be at Silverstone for the Formula 3. The trans stablealpine nevertheless hopes to achieve a third success in a row after Castellet and Imola, with the trio composed of Lorenzo Colombo, Louis Delétraz and Ferdinand Habsburg.

“On the one hand, the way the season has started confirms that we have the potential in terms of team effort and drivers, judge Rene Rosin, the Team Principal. On the other hand, there is obviously pressure to perform in front of our audience as we did in Imola, and to continue in the same vein. We know Monza well, and so do our drivers, but it's the first time for us with the LM P2 car here, so we will have to adapt. We didn't have an easy start, but we will stay focused and committed to see what the weekend brings us. »
