The 4H. of Monza, third round of the 2022 season of theELMS, take place this Sunday July 3 on the legendary route of the Temple of Speed. In Italy, it is once again the French team TDS Racing x Vaillante which will start in pole position, for the second time this year after the 4 Hours of Le Castellet. Mathias Beche was indeed the fastest in qualifying to beat Job van Uitert (Panis Racing) and Pietro Fittipaldi (Inter Europol Competition).
Note that for this round, TDS Racing x Vaillante, entered in LM P2 Pro-Am, reunites with its gentleman driver, Philippe Cimadomo. As a reminder, the latter had not been authorized to start the 24 Hours of Le Mans after an accident during testing and was replaced at the last minute by Nyck de Vries.

Malthe Jakobsen was the fastest in the LM P3 category with the #320 COOL Racing Ligier JS P17 – Nissan. In LMGTE, it was Christian Ried who established the reference time with the Porsche 911 RSR – 19 n°77 from Proton Competition. The Iron Dames will start in second position in this category thanks to Sarah Bovy.
