Work on the Endurance grandstand at Spa-Francorchamps has begun

A new phase of work has been started by the management of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, starting with the Endurance grandstand.

Work on the Endurance grandstand at Spa-Francorchamps has begun

The action doesn't stop at Spa-Francorchamps despite the approach of winter. After a year full of competition in the Toboggan des Ardennes, the management of the Belgian route is taking advantage of this winter break to advance as much as possible the various projects on the enclosure, like that of the grandstand. Endurance, located directly opposite the famous Endurance stands, started on October 10.

« I am delighted to once again be able to offer modernized reception infrastructures for spectators within the Endurance zone, advances Amaury Bertholome, general director of the circuit. With the work carried out during the 2022-2023 winter break, the Circuit is continuing its dynamic of maintaining the tool at the top of its capabilities and at a world level of excellence. The developments in the paddocks are also part of the investments necessary to welcome our organizers of events and sporting competitions in optimal conditions.."

This new Endurance grandstand will include no less than 4 seats and 104 folding seats in the PRM area with “ a panoramic view of the Source, the Endurance zone and the Raidillon. » Concerning the stands, they will offer 3 seats. The management of Spa-Francorchamps that a “ large modular dressing room into two separate spaces » will be installed in the stand. In total, the latter, which could accommodate 3 people, will almost double in volume. Completion of the work is scheduled for mid-April 700.
