Dragonspeed reacted following the confirmation of the implementation of jokers in LMP2 next year. The American structure is evolving with two Oreca 07s facing the Ligier JS P217 and the Dallara P217.
“Wouldn't it be possible that (our lead) could be explained by a better job done by our team and our drivers? Each manufacturer has established itself in ELMS and the racing pace is identical,” Dragonspeed commented on Twitter.
Elton Julian's team leads the ELMS via G-Drive Racing before the final in Portimao (Portugal) on October 22, having an 18-point lead with a victory at the 4 Hours of Monza (Italy). last May.
