ELMS: Ayari absent at Ricard

This weekend, the 6 Hours of Castellet is being held on the Paul-Ricard circuit, the opening round of the European Le Mans Series 2012. After brilliantly hosting the 12 Hours of Sebring, the inaugural event of the World Championship?Endurance, Pecom Racing will do the same this weekend in Var. But the Argentine team will unfortunately not be able to count on the services of Soheil Ayari, who preferred to miss out, recovering from a shoulder injury. The Oreca 03-Nissan n°10 will therefore be entrusted to Luis Perez-Companc and Pierre Kaffer. As for Ayari, he will make his return on May 5, during the 6 Hours of Spa, second round of the WEC.
