Resident of the Porsche Carrera Cup France depuis deux saisons, Alexandre Cougnaud passera à l’échelon supérieur en 2016 en s’engageant avec le Yvan Muller Racing pour un programme en European Le Mans Series. The French driver will be lined up in a Ligier JS P3 acquired by the team of the four-time WTCC world champion, and will complete the crew made up of Thomas Laurent and Yann Ehrlacher, reigning French Supertourism champion.
