Champion ELMS 2019 in GTE on the Ferrari 488 n°51 of Luzich Racing in the company of Alessandro Pier Guidi and Nicklas Nielsen, Fabien Lavergne was one of the collateral victims of the termination of the program by his creditor Michael Luzich.
But the Frenchman, whose portrait you can find in AUTOhebdo this week (n°2257, available here in digital version as well as on newsstands), is not without a steering wheel.
In fact, this year he will compete in the Michelin Le Mans Cup on a Ligier JS P320 from MV2S Racing alongside Christophe Cresp. Fabien returns to a team he knows, with which he won the title of French Mitjet 2.0 liter champion in 2017. A campaign that he will share with Bruce Jouanny, requisitioned at Road to Le Mans and Paul-Ricard.
