Mathias Beche and Pierre Thiriet win the first race of the season?ELMS after taking pole at the 6 Hours of Le Castellet. Marroc-Minassian-Sarrazin take second place and offer a podium for the very first race of Sébastien's Oreca 03-Nissan Loeb Racing. Buurman-Sims-Stirling completed the podium with the Status GP Lola B12/80 Coupé-Judd after taking advantage of a two-minute penalty from the Greaves Motorsport Zytek Z11SN-Nissan.
Cocker-Walker took victory in GTE Pro with the JMW Motorsport F458 Italia, finishing just ahead of that of JMB Racing driven by Melo-Frezza.
