LMC – 42 drivers expected at the Red Bull Ring

The Michelin Le Mans Cup returns this weekend to Red Bull Ring after 24 Hours of Le Mans. 42 drivers are expected for the race which will last 2 hours.

The leaders of the GT3 category, Tom Jackson and Ahmad Al Harthy, will be absent from the meeting at the Red Bull Ring. Note that the Ferrari 488 n°95 of Christoph Ulrich and Maurizio Mediani will return to Austria after a successful debut at the Road to Le Mans.

In LMP3, 15 cars will be placed on the field with only a Norma M30 facing 14 Ligiers. Two crews that made their debut at Le Mans, Marateotto/Cencetti and Coigny/Alexander, will return to Austria. Note the crew change for the #55 Ligier Spirit of Race with Michele Rugolo replacing Maurizio Mediani alongside Claudio Sdanewitsch.
