Alvaro Fontes snatched Michelin pole Le Mans Cup at Red Bull Ring (Austria). The Spaniard set a time of 1'27''153 when passing under the checkered flag and beat the Norma M30 DKR Engineering entrusted to Jean Glorieux by a hundredth.

Emanuele Busnelli took pole position in the GT3 category in the Michelin Le Mans Cup at the Red Bull Ring (Austria). The Italian achieved a time of 1'29''991 during his last attempt at the wheel of the Ebimotors Lamborghini Huracan GT3, beating Flick Haigh by more than 3 tenths in the Optimum Racing Audi R8 LMS. Lee Mowle placed the Mercedes AMG GT3 from the team of the same name theoretically leads the Championship in fifth position in the category.
