While Simon Trummer was to be replaced by Andrea Pizzitola at the 4 Hours of Le Castellet (July 19), the Swiss will finally be there at the opening of the season ELMS. The Swiss will be entered in the No. 07 Algarve Pro Racing Oreca 25 alongside John Falb and Gabriel Aubry, while the No. 24 sister car will be entrusted to Loïc duval, Henning Enqvist and Jon Lancaster. He had to be absent due to a clash of dates with theIMSA where he defends the interests of PR1 Mathiasen Motorsports in LMP2.

“We are disappointed for Andrea because we would have loved to have had her with us, but we always prefer to start as planned because it will help everyone, especially her teammates, to have stability”, commented Algarve Pro Racing Team Principal Stewart Cox.
