Incredible scenario in LM P2 Pro-Am. Racing Team Turkey (Salih Yoluc, Charlie Eastwood, Will Stevens) won on the line against AF Corse (François Perrodo, Alessio Rovera, Nicklas Nielsen) in a final attempt by Will Stevens. The Briton performed a sublime maneuver in the Bus Stop chicane to get the better of Alessio Rovera coming out of the corner and win his category.

In a press conference after the finish, Will Stevens gave the story of his last lap and his battle with AF Corse. “It was a good fight throughout the race, said Jack Aitken's replacement for the Belgian round. Sometimes he [Alessio Rovera] was a little too aggressive in his defense, but I like it when he fights hard. If at times he was beyond the limits, I was even more determined to surpass him. As Charlie [Eastwood] said, we had a slow puncture on the left rear so we had to change it at the last stop, which made the gap big. We then had to chase them and I knew we would have a grip advantage at the end of the race. I tried to overtake him at turn 1, it didn't work. In the last corner, I knew he was struggling with traction so I just tried to get a good exit, and I got him on the line. »
